I love learning about people and their habits. The insights can be so interesting. I'm going to kickoff my blog by sharing mine. Going forward, I would love to hear about yours. 1. Monday - Friday, I always get up at 5:10am. 2. Every weekday, I do the following workout routine for 60 minutes: Monday - Weight Training, Tuesday - Peloton, Wednesday - Weight Training, Thursday - Pilates and Friday - Elliptical. 3.
