10 Habits

I love learning about people and their habits.  The insights can be so interesting.  I'm going to kickoff my blog by sharing mine.  Going forward, I would love to hear about yours.  

1. Monday - Friday, I always get up at 5:10am.

2.  Every weekday, I do the following workout routine for 60 minutes:  Monday - Weight Training, Tuesday - Peloton, Wednesday - Weight Training, Thursday - Pilates and Friday - Elliptical.

3.  I drink two cups of black coffee every day.

4.  I work everyday from approximately 7:30 - 4:30.

5.  I eat egg beaters on toast, with a slice of cheese and a little salt and pepper at least 3 x week for lunch.

6.  I have 2 caramel nips after lunch and after dinner everyday.

7.  I walk my dog every weekday around 4:30 for no less then 30 minutes.

8.  I drink two classes of New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc a night.

9.  I watch NFL football every Monday, Thursday and Sunday during the season.

10.  I go to bed every night at approximately 9:30pm.
